EEG Technician I, Full-Time, Third Shift, Sleep Medicine Sleep Lab

UC Health is hiring a full-time EEG Tech I for the third shift with the Sleep Medicine/Sleep Lab department at UC Holmes Hospital.

The EEG Technologist I is an individual educated in electroneurodiagnostic (END) procedures (EEG, cvEEG, EMU, Evoked Potentials etc.) and monitoring. This person responds to patients having seizures in the EMU. S/he initiates seizure safety measures and alerts other members of the team (MD, RN and PCA) as needed. This person provides education regarding END procedures and epilepsy to the respective care team as well as patients and their family. Technologist can perform all necessary procedures independently
