Description

If you're ready to take on a new path in your career as a Sr Data Developer, Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for you to check out. As a Data Developer, you'll be putting your knowledge of database architecture to the test as you design, build, and develop systems. Preferred candidates are experts on query writing and should be passionate about developing operational functions. This Data Developer position will be a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity based in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.

Major responsibilities

  • Solid, diverse work experience in ETL development or equivalent in education and work experience

  • Solid, diverse experience with ETL technologies such as Informatica (IICS) and SSIS

  • Sound ETL experience working with multiple source environments

  • Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server/T-SQL

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Minimum work experience 7+ years

    Requirements

  • 5+ years working as a Data Developer or a related role

  • Experience w/ Informatics (IICS/ IDMC) preferred / PowerCenter required

  • Proficiency in ETL Tools such as SSIS

  • Snowflake familiarity prefered

  • Solid understanding of database troubleshooting, and background with industry standards for database operations

  • Experience Mentoring of junior developers
