The Opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Custodial Team Member to join our team at Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati, Ohio. If sorting and cleaning an ever-changing load with collaborative team members engages you, try giving our team a spin! $14.00 - $18.00 / hour

Responsibilities

  • Keep work areas and common spaces clean

  • Gather and empty trash

  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners

  • Scrub, sanitize and restock bathrooms

  • Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors

  • Clean windows, mirrors, and partitions

Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively with others in fast-paced environments, using effective communication skills with guests and team members

  • Basic math skills

  • Laundry worker experience in a hotel or other high-volume location is beneficial

  • No experience or diploma required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, move, pull, and maneuver up to 50 lbs

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching, during the entire length of the shift

  • Exposure to outdoors and variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold depending on the season
