Company Overview RethinkFirst was founded in 2007 with a mission to provide scalable, evidence-based autism treatment training tools and caregiver supports to an underserved population. In 2010, Rethink launched its first solution, a suite of special needs and behavior management offerings, to support K-12 education. Position Overview Rethink is looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our Content Team as an Intern and assist with the development of various educational materials. In this role, you'll play a key part in crafting interactive PDFs, including student worksheets, and preparing content for our digital platform.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating/editing PDFs, such as student worksheets
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing content files for upload to digital platform
- Assist with simple proofreading of Spanish documents (if applicable)
- Training and guidance will be provided
Requirements:
- Previous experience creating interactive PDFs or similar digital content
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines
- Familiarity with multimedia integration in digital documents
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles
- Spanish language a plus, but not necessary
Job Details:
- Duration: 3 months (through the summer)
- Location: Remote role
- Hours: 10-15 hours per week, flexible within standard business hours, Monday -- Friday
- Compensation: Minimum wage based on location
