POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Process Analyst (BPA) will consult and collaborate with business teams to capture business processes to ensure technical alignment. This role will partner with business stakeholders and SME's, solution architects, data analysts, solution providers, and support personnel following the Agile framework and delivery. The BPA drives business collaboration and discussions on complex, strategic areas, building a process foundation that will scale. Develop concept/discovery to capture business requirements for delivery of solutions as well as streamline and enhance existing business processes and functions. This role will navigate and address business needs across the company through collaboration, prioritization, and problem solving. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Analyze existing processes, workflows, systems, and applications. Create as-is and to-be internal business processes and capture current business processes for future improvement and streamlining and as part of feature development. Identify key challenges and pain points within the processes. Collaborate with the business to develop process mapping, conduct process engineering, capture opportunities for improvements/efficiencies, enhancements, optimization, automation, and/or new solutions. Ability to implement, manage, and support sales and financial solutions and related business processes. Collect and analyze data in support of business request feasibility. Engage with business partner to analyze business processes, summarize findings and depth of business need. Translate request to technical team for feature and user story development. Articulate the voice of the customer and prioritize user stories that provide the most value to the business units and deliver with the smallest level of effort by the development team to support the agile methodology. Participate in solutions design/development. Provide and share researched business needs and/or issues with examples, data, and artifacts. Provide baseline KPI to measure success of the proposed solution/enhancement, post release. Drive innovation to support business strategic plans. Feature breakdown and story writing with acceptance criteria definition. Facilitate story grooming and develop tasks to support feature outline and objectives. Guide team through building test scripts for verification and validation and capture results. Communicate gaps in development as a result of testing outcome to ensure delivered solution and requirements align. Rectify results of bugs introduced in missed requirem
