First for a reason First Student is the largest school transportation provider in North America with more than a century of experience providing safe and reliable transportation. We work with 1,250 school districts in 39 states and 8 Canadian provinces carrying approximately five million students in 21,000 schools daily. The DriverHub Centralized Support Analyst will be responsible for level 1 support of all locations that have been converted to the DriverHub driver tablet solution. The support includes all back-office systems and the driver tablet used by 450 locations and 44,000 drivers when the implementation project completes. The support analyst will take support calls and responds to email requests for support. For phone calls, the support analyst will log any request and follow scripts to resolve issues while the location is on the phone. If the issue cannot be resolved, the support analyst will escalate as appropriate then follow up with the support teams and respond back to the requestor with the final solution. The support analyst will make recommendations to update support scripts, Q&As, and training documentation as appropriate. Be willing to support shifts starting at 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, supporting internal customers (Depot Staff, Trainers, and Leadership) via email and phone, and shipping replacement parts to depots using established protocols. Central Support Analysts may be responsible for on-call portable phone support outside of their shift but during business hours.
