Administrative Assistant - Imaging Job Locations United States-OH-Cincinnati Category Imaging Services Job Summary Our imaging services are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities Documents drafting, formatting, filing, quality control review Organization of meetings or social events (including agenda drafting, room booking, meeting minutes etc.) Managing the reception of media Tracking, processing, and organizing various documents, shipments, invoices etc. Coordination of business trips and submission of expense reports Managing venue of external persons coming to the office (directors, candidates, sponsor, new hires etc.) Reviewing incoming medical imaging data for clinical trials for initial quality standards Easy project-related tasks (e.g. spreadsheets updates, reports, presentations, correspondence, access request to Medpace systems for readers, etc.) Qualifications High school diploma and some relevant professional experience in respective field/area; Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook; Organizational skills and demonstrated ability to accurately follow procedures for completing work tasks; Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to professionally communicate (written and oral) with employees and external parties; Excellent time management skills and ability to complete tasks within established timelines; Demonstrated initiative and ability to suggest solutions to problems.
