For more information, please visit our website ator connect with us onor Job Title: Accountant I Work Schedule Location: Hybrid, remote and in office work based in Cincinnati, Ohio The Accountant I is responsible on a daily basis for cash application, payment processing, bank reconciling, and treasury accounting. Key responsibilities included but are not limited to: Manage quality of daily processing and ensuring completion in line with agreed to SLAs. Maintain a strong understanding of ERP software and GCO processes to support straight through process changes as needed. Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles and impacts to the balance sheet and profit and loss accounts. Identify items of escalation from external and internal customers and communicate clearly to Accountant II. Complete non-standard processing, with ability to learn and adapt to new situations. Contribute ideas and actions toward the continuous improvement of processes within area of influence. Identify items of exception and communicate clearly to Accountant II. Promote strong collaborative relationships between the Global Cash Operations Team and all other shared service teams including internal and external customers.
