Routine order ocean maintenance & development. Offering satisfied service to the guests and keeping good relations with the shipper to avoid any business loss or complain caused by shipper or consignee
Making goods consol plan / cargo plan
CKG and CTU ocean carrier relationship supervising
Agent cooperation & evaluation (including SPE, QMR, etc)
Ocean agent/service provider evaluation
Freight control
Teamwork
Sales support
Offering good ocean & HP operation service & good cost for local business carrying out
Responsible for accurate and timely data input and local business operation
Transition and Implementation
Cooperation with sales for writing ocean business DLSOP
Ocean DLSOP implementation
AR/AP control
BCR policy execution and compliance, and don’t allow to release cargo without bill of lading, unless it is authorized with signature
Relationship maintenance with gateway
Responsible for conformance and non-conformance announcement
Act as Quality Representative.
Bachelor degree or above with a background in shipping, logistics or related majors.
More than 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics industry, including at least 1 year of management experience.
Familiar with the shipping market and related laws and regulations, with strong market analysis ability and negotiation skills.
Excellent leadership and teamwork spirit, able to effectively motivate and manage the team. - English CET6 or above or equivalent; proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to handle English documents and emails independently.
Careful and conscientious work, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills and problem-solving skills
