  • BCR policy execution and compliance, and don’t allow to release cargo without bill of lading, unless it is authorized with signature

  • Relationship maintenance with gateway

  • Responsible for conformance and non-conformance announcement

  • Act as Quality Representative.

     

  • Bachelor degree or above with a background in shipping, logistics or related majors.

  • More than 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics industry, including at least 1 year of management experience.

  • Familiar with the shipping market and related laws and regulations, with strong market analysis ability and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent leadership and teamwork spirit, able to effectively motivate and manage the team. - English CET6 or above or equivalent; proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to handle English documents and emails independently.

  • Careful and conscientious work, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills and problem-solving skills
