Job Information

VF Corporation Costing Analyst, Operational Costing in Choloma, Honduras

WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Data Management: Execute sending and receiving cost sheets from vendors as well as perform review and validation of cost sheet inputs for accuracy and reasonability

Governance: Support timely communication of costing information to key stakeholders

Negotiation: Support costing negotiations with Vendors by providing timely and relevant insights to primary negotiations team

Team : Coach and mentor more junior associates on the operational costing team

Process Improvements: Support improvements in productivity and efficiency through eliminating redundancies and optimizing processes for maximum value.

Standardization: Support process adherence across all brands and regions to leverage one-VF scale and operating procedures across the enterprise.

Travel : Minimal travel required

Competency requirements:

Highly collaborative and trusted professional with a strong work ethic

Proven success in adopting change and transformation

Experience in business process improvements desired

Experience managing key partnerships, managing multiple stakeholder groups, and consistently delivering business results in a manner that fits with VF’s guiding principles

Experience in a global matrix environment
