Aspen Medical Midwife Nurse in Chișinău, Moldova

Aspen Medical seeks expressions of interest from experienced and qualified midwife nurses to join our team in supporting an oil and gas project in Libya. As a midwife nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services in hospital or clinical settings. 

Contract Details: 

Contract duration: 3+ years 

Salary will be automatically paid monthly in USD to personal bank accounts. 

Paid leave, accommodation, and per diem provided 

Travel Allowance: $100 USD will be provided for each flight 

Accommodation: 1 or 2-bedroom good standard apartments/units provided

Insurances: Provided

Monthly Allowance: Libyan Dinar equivalent to $100 USD per month provided

Responsibilities: 

  • Assess patients through the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum phases of pregnancy. 

  • Assess nursing needs, considering their medical, social, cultural, and family circumstances. 

  • Communicate appropriately with patients in the antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum phases of pregnancy. 

  • Detect labor symptoms in women and provide appropriate nursing care. 

  • Monitor patients for contractions and fetal well-being. 

  • Interpret CTG for contractions and fetal well-being. 

  • Assist and support obstetricians and gynecologists in treating patients. 

  • Assist and support obstetricians and pediatricians in treating newborns at delivery and whenever needed. 

  • Ensure comfort and support to mothers and infants while executing midwifery functions. 

    Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting 

  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing/university or bachelor's degree with additional Midwifery Experience. 

  • Valid and active nursing license 

  • Certifications in midwifery training or equivalent are a plus 

  • Proficient in English language (written and spoken) 

  • Must have a valid passport 

  • Must be able to relocate to Libya for a minimum of 12 months period
