AutoZone, Inc. Loyalty Marketing Specialist in Chihuahua, Mexico

SUMMARY:

This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and driven candidate with an interest in retail marketing to join a fast paced, industry- leading marketing organization in the Car Care industry. The Loyalty Marketing Specialist oversees multiple operational projects for AutoZone Rewards. Works closely with IT, Merchandise Marketing, and Store Operations teams to ensure operational excellence, ongoing communication, and cross-functional support of the AutoZone Rewards program across all channels. This position will also be responsible for the process management and flawless execution of all promotional loyalty offers, to include monitoring their effectiveness and use. The position is on the AutoZone Rewards team and reports to the Marketing Manager, Loyalty.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop process improvement loop for AutoZone Rewards by working cross-functionally with IT, Marketing Technology, Digital Experience teams, Store Operations, Customer Service, and more.

  • Work with Customer Service to monitor customer issues and run down tactical issues in-store/online

  • Work with Loss Prevention and Store Operations to monitor, discover, and resolve fraud within the AutoZone Rewards program.

  • Partner with Store Operations and Training teams to maintain AutoZoner training for AutoZone Rewards, inform update as needed, and monitor store adoption/issues.

  • Manage the process and set-up of all Bonus Reward and instant discount offers (for targeted customers) used in-store, online, email, and direct mail

  • Test all Bonus Reward offers planned in a UAT environment and in production for successful outcomes, and resolve any offer issues discovered.

  • Ideate, plan, and manage the onsite execution of all events associated with AutoZone Rewards, such as, the National Sales Meeting, AutoZone Liberty Bowl, regional sales meetings, etc.

  • Builds, manages, and maintains relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

    REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree with an emphasis in Marketing and 3-4 years practical experience; Master’s degree preferred

  • Previous Loyalty program experience working with or overseeing programs technical aspects a plus

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans and campaigns.

  • Act as an agent of Change for the AutoZone Rewards Program and Marketing team

  • Operate in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Can work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment on time and within budget

  • Proven self-starter and team player with a track record of excellence.

  • Outstanding execution and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.

  • S trong communications skills.

  • Requires Visa and Mexican passport to travel to the US.
