SUMMARY

With supervision, deliver desired and sustainable business reporting and analysis. Responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of AutoZone's reporting and analysis operations. Provide backup support when needed to perform hierarchy changes and give higher-level support. Support customers and business users by applying domain knowledge, solving problems, and small training to peers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide simple reporting and analysis support to customers and business users.

• Understand tasks assigned and propose solutions with supervision.

• Responsible for own changes and fully accountable for report functionality.

• Accurate work planning and execution; accurate project and time tracking.

• Write well structured documentation that allows knowledge transfer to other AutoZoners.

• Help on the development of less experienced AutoZoners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

• Solid business knowledge to propose solutions and deliver desired results.

• Technical skills may include mid-level experience with one or more of: WebFOCUS, SAS, SQL, Google Looker and/or BI Tools. As well, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and any programming language.

• Will require technical supervision to complete tasks and embrace feedback.

• Mid-level problem solving and analytical skills to provide ad-hoc reporting to users.

• Ability to provide weekly status updates of tasks, roadblocks, accomplishments.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a must, in Portuguese is a plus.
