Job Title: School Nurse (LPN) Job Description: Provide basic healthcare services to student(s) and staff within the school setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor and assess students\' health conditions, including chronic illnesses and injuries. Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote a healthy school environment. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of student health assessments and treatments.
