We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Global S4HANA Training Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to ensure a successful global rollout of SAP S4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of S4HANA, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in designing and delivering effective system training solutions on a global scale.

SAP S4HANA and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. Post executive review MDLZ will proceed with a Smart Field approach, which means reviewing processes for opportunities to harmonize them, improve user interfaces, creating a digital core of systems that talk to each other, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish the Training T eam and Program Development :

  • Lead the overall training team.

  • Establish clear ways of working across global and regional teams and with the vendor content creation team.

  • Oversee the design and development of a global S4HANA training program tailored to various user roles and levels within the organization.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure requirements are gathered training content aligns with MDLZ business processes.

  • Partner closely with the vendor content creation team to understand available vanilla training content.

Training Delivery:

  • Partner with the vendor teamto develop a "train the trainer" approach to equip selected individuals across different regions with the knowledge and skills necessary to independently deliver S4HANA training.

  • Utilize various training methods, including workshops, e-learning, and hands-on exercises, to enhance user proficiency in S4HANA.

  • Leverage MDLZ’learning management system (LMS) to organize, distribute, and track training materials and participants' progress.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of the trainingdelivery and make adjustments to improve scalability and efficiency.

Content Creation, Documentation , and Materials:

  • Develop and set instructional design standards to ensure materials are engaging, informative and tailored to MDLZ audiences and business processes.

  • Manage the creation of S4HANA training documentation, manuals, and multimedia materials to support the training program.

  • Collaborate with and manage the vendor content creation team.

  • Utilize digital tools and media platforms to enhance the accessibility and engagement of training materials.

  • Regularly update training materials to reflect system updates, enhancements, and changes.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT teams, project managers, business leaders, and vendors to understand training needs and ensure alignment with project goals.

  • Build and maintain relationships with regional training leads to ensure consistency in global training standards.

Performance Measurement:

  • Develop and implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of the training program.

  • Gather feedback from training participants, stakeholders, and vendor teams to continuously improve the training curriculum.

More about this role

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications in SAP S4HANA is a plus.

  • 6+ years’ experience planning, designing, and leading training programs

  • Previous experience in a global training lead role.

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering SAP training programs, with a focus on S4HANA.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse global audiences.

  • Proven experience to communicate effectivelywith senior leaders, with a track record of managing upward.

  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools (for example WorkDay, EnableNow, andCaptivate).

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
