Insight Global Tech Lead - IDM Migration / Cyber Remediation in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description

* Hybrid onsite 2 days per week in Chicago, IL *

This role will manage and provide technical guidance concerning business implications of technology projects for 20+ applications and create solutions to meet project requirements. Analyze proposed application identity management designs and provide feedback on potential gaps. This person will partner with US and Enterprise technology and InfoSec teams to migrate IAM capabilities of US Region applications to Enterprise All Access solution. Also, the role will be assisting with the onboarding of functional ids to CyberArk. Moreover, this role will coordinate and/or perform installations, configurations and system testing producing deliverables related to the above projects, and other technology related projects as needed. Other technology activities include but not limited to: Research, assessment, and migration of applications from IDM to Sailpoint.

The scope of this work includes the minimal design of data feeds used for AVIP (file) patterns; leading and

managing internal and external teams in configuring applications and connection points for the AD patterns; working with development teams to design integration points, such as REST and SOAP calls, for the API patterns.

Skills and Requirements

  • 1-2 years of technical lead experience, overseeing technical requirements and technical project delivery efforts

  • 5+ years of experience in technical application support, coordinating and/or performing installations, configurations, and system testing producing deliverables.

  • Must have direct banking experience, financial services, or experience in a highly regulated similar environment.

  • Hands-on experience delivering an identity management application migration.

      IDM NetIQ migration to SailPoint IdentityIQ preferred, but open to experience with other IAM/IDM tools.

  • Experience with using ITIL Change, Incident and Problem management processes.

  • Familiarity with public cloud technologies such as Azure.

  • Understanding of RBAC, Privileged Access Management, and Privileged Identity Management concepts. - Experience designing data feeds used for AVIP patterns and configuring applications and connection points for the AD patterns.

  • Hands-on Sailpoint IdentityIQ experience.

  • Scrum/project management certifications.

  • Azure certification. null
