McKinsey & Company Inc. US is seeking a Software Engineer II in Chicago, IL. Pioneer the development of product suite of web applications that ensure high performance, responsiveness, and seamless user experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React. Spearhead development of a full stack application using technical tools and frameworks including PowerApps, ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, SQL and Azure. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including designers and backend developers, to bring creative concepts to life. Showcase results through insightful dashboards for clients for informed decision using Tableau and PowerBI. Lead training sessions for junior developers and client counterparts, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team. Implement and share best practices for code quality and scalability. Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies in projects that ensures seamless integration of code and testing within the software development life cycle (SDLC) that lead to improved project tracking and accountability. Develop new product offerings using Agile methodologies from the initial conceptualizing to presenting to clients. Telecommuting permitted.

Qualified applicants for this position must possess a Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or foreign degree equivalent.Qualified applicants for this position must have a minimum one (1) year of software development experience.
