THE ROLE :

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our team at the NoMI Lounge and Garden. As a Server Assistant , you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests by supporting the server team in delivering a seamless dining experience. In this role, you will ensure that every guest receives attentive and personalized service throughout their visit.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited to) ;

  • Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables promptly and efficiently

  • Ensure all necessary supplies are stocked, including flatware, glassware, and condiments

  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing dishes and wiping down tables

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and service flow

  • Uphold Park Hyatt's high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service

  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Must have physical stamina to lift, push and pull, moderate amounts of weight on a consistent basis

  • Must have the stamina to stand for a duration of an average 8-hour shift.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
