The Senior Data Scientist will work closely with Data Science Lead and Data Science and Analytics Manager to synthesize technical skills with business knowledge to own end-to-end development and deployment of powerful and relevant predictive models KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan, design, and develop real-time advanced statistical/machine learning models that combine deep domain knowledge and strong analytic/critical thinking skills. * Takes ownership of all phases of the Data Science process, from data acquisition and feature engineering to model selection, design, and training. Ability to operationalize model and interpret/explain their results to stakeholders. * Create and refine real-time analytic models used to understand conversations and behaviors in order to target users with optimal messaging across different platforms and devices * Participate in all project phases from concept, requirements, development, test and production support * Explore new technologies that enable faster system construction * Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of client information for yourself and teamResearch new technologies and learn to apply them to improve legacy offerings and develop novel models. * Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of client information for yourself and the team.
