Job Description
Responsibilities:
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the financial and operational performance of Invenergy’s operating portfolio for the Asset Management team, senior management, and outside investors.
Develop and implement a new reporting regime for Invenergy’s services business
Analyze and explain variances between actual and expected performance by identifying key operational and commercial drivers in collaboration with the Asset Management, Operations, Commercial Execution, and Accounting teams
Provide modeling expertise to help drive efficiencies & standards for all reporting deliverables
Design and drive the implementation of processes and procedures to streamline and improve the existing reporting process
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics)
Demonstrated proficiency building financial models in Excel
1+ years of working in financial planning and analysis or similar function
Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Skills:
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to high standards
Experience in the electric industry and familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud
