Job Title: Returns Processing Specialist

Location: On-site at the Distribution Center\ Salary: \$18-\$20 per hour

Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Returns Processing Specialist to join our team at the Distribution Center. This position is crucial for accurately entering customer returns and investigating service complaints. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter customer returns into the online database on a daily basis (94% of duties).
  • Complaint Investigation: Investigate and resolve customer service complaints, following detailed procedures to correct any issues (2% of duties).
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Interface with various departments as needed to ensure effective task completion (2% of duties).
  • Additional Tasks: Perform various other tasks as required to support the team (2% of duties).

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or higher is mandatory.
  • Typing Skills: Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Experience: Familiarity with 10-key adding machines is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Mental Aptitude: Ability to work independently and manage interpersonal relationships with clarity and courtesy.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift books weighing up to 40 lbs and open boxes as needed.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience using online database systems and a willingness to learn position-related software applications.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
