Position Summary

As a Real Estate Valuation Analyst, you will play a vital role in assessing the value of multifamily residential projects. Your responsibilities will include performing financial analysis and market research, preparing valuation reports, and supporting the valuation process. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of real estate markets, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis and market research to determine the value of multifamily residential real estate.

· Valuation Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate valuation analyses for various multifamily projects.

· Data Review: Review financial statements, property records, and market data to create precise valuations.

· Market Comparisons: Perform market comparisons and analyze trends in local and regional real estate markets.

· Model Creation: Create valuation models and utilize software to assess multifamily projects.

· Collaboration: Collaborate with appraisers, brokers, and other real estate professionals to gather necessary data for valuation.

· Communication: Clearly and concisely communicate valuation findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.

· 1-3 years of experience in real estate valuations, financial analysis, or a similar role.

· Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

· Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and valuation principles.

· Experience with valuation software (e.g., CoStar) and advanced Excel skills.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
