During the autumn, winter, and spring quarters of the 2022-23 academic year the Humanities Collegiate Division and the Department of Cinema & Media Studies may have part-time teaching opportunities either in the Art-Music-Drama General Education (Core) courses, or in the undergraduate curriculum for majors and minors in Cinema & Media Studies.

Responsibilities will include preparing lecture- and/or workshop-style classes, holding regularly scheduled office hours, and the preparation and grading of assignments and testing materials.

Minimum qualifications are a MA/MFA or PhD (or equivalent) in cinema/film studies or a related field, or at least one year of experience teaching cinema/film studies at the university or post-secondary level.

Depending on the curricular needs of the department, the successful candidate may teach between one and four courses per academic year. In 2022-23, the per-course salary is a minimum of \$7,319. This position is not benefits eligible.
