Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Medical Data Entry Clerk in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will work with various healthcare systems and software, including Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA), EHR SYSTEM, IBM AS/400, and McKesson. Your primary tasks will include data entry, documentation, and customer service, with a focus on billing functions and claim administration.

Responsibilities:

• Inputting, updating, and managing healthcare data in systems such as Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA), EHR SYSTEM, IBM AS/400, and McKesson

• Executing billing functions and claim administration tasks to ensure accurate patient records and payment processes

• Providing excellent customer service by resolving patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

• Maintaining consistent and accurate documentation of all transactions and interactions for future reference

• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the healthcare facility. Requirements • Proficiency in using Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA)

• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400 system

• Proficient in using McKesson software

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to perform Billing Functions accurately

• Experience with Claim Administration

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Fast and accurate Data Entry skills

• Excellent Documentation skills
