Marketing Project Manager

Location: Chicago, Illinois (hybrid role)

Are you a passionate Marketing Project Manager who loves managing creative services and campaigns? Then we might have the perfect opportunity for you! Our organization is actively seeking a pro-active, bilingual individual experienced in Non-profit who prefers being a 'minister of getting things done'. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Preference will be given to candidates based in Chicago but we are open to remote applicants as well.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage the execution of marketing projects and campaigns.

• Engage directly with clients, coordinate project execution, maintain continuous contact to provide status updates, and resolve any issues that arise.

• Skillfully balance the needs and demands of the client side with the capabilities and resources of our internal team.

• Effectively applying both bootstrapping tactics and navigating bureaucracy in order to move projects forward.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Creative Services Manager or similar role.

• Proven track record in project management and marketing management.

• Bilingual (English plus another language) is highly preferred.

• Experience in the Non-profit sector is a plus.

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for making complex things simple.

• A proactive approach to work, and the ability to take ownership and drive projects to completion.

• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office and project management software, such as Workfront, Asana, Monday.com or Microsoft Project.

• Candidates with a permanent address within Chicago city limits will be prioritized by the client, while candidates living in the Chicago suburbs are still encouraged to apply.
