KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Transformation Delivery for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a solid acumen of engagement with senior and executive leadership in establishing strategy, vision, and approach for alternative payment models from ideation through implementation; act as a key stakeholder in supporting market positioning and business development activities within the healthcare payment transformation market

  • Collaborate with internal clinical, technical, and information management subject matter stakeholders and partners to identify and deliver a collaborative framework to support a transformation to patient-centered, high-quality, cost-effective care models

  • Design and manage strategy, planning, and strategic alignment of available industry and tailored performance measurement reporting and reward programs to include leadership of measure determination, target setting, and analysis of alternative payment models

  • Support the review, implementation, and ongoing management of alternative payment models through consistent and uniform development of analysis to determine the success of leading capability models for executive client leadership across state and commercial payer markets

  • Maintain experience in network contracting and the implementation of contractual arrangements with outside entities including provider networks and other health, behavioral, or social payment organizations

  • Implement and direct foundational project and program management processes for complex projects; liaise with necessary supports for organizational change management activities including stakeholder engagement and training to internal and external project stakeholders for the design and implementation of alternative payment schemas

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five to seven years of recent, senior-level experience directly aligned to the design, implementation, and operations of a variety of alternative payment models; minimum five years of recent experience managing complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams including a variety of skillsets and competencies along with minimum five years of recent data analysis experience, including working with large claim sets and systems

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, advanced analytics, actuarial science, or a relevant educational topic area from an accredited college or university

  • Maintain experience in payment contracting with payer and provider networks.

  • Travel may be up to fifty to seventy-five percent

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
