Job Type: Full Time

Duties:

Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements to develop automated processes and reporting solutions. Translate business requirements into technical design and architecture. Develop reports and dashboards to create visualizations that provide business insights for internal reporting. Develop and maintain database and ETL processes to support reporting. Audit the current infrastructure on a regular cadence and identify areas of improvement. Research upcoming BI trends and share the knowledge with team members. Manage day-to-day tasks for BI team in order to deliver high quality results while meeting deadlines. Guide junior team members to enhance technical skills and address their questions or hurdles on a daily basis. Audit processes across multiple projects to check consistency and implementation of best practices. Create reusable standard naming conventions and templates and guide team members to follow set standards. Maintain roadmap and project plan to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field followed by five years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five years of post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience in each of the following:

1) SQL;

2) ETL;

3) Data Visualization;

4) Data Modelling;

5) Excel;

6) Requirement Gathering;

7) Data Analysis;

8) Data Governance;

9) Data architecture and warehousing;

10) Data Automation.

Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
