ManpowerGroup Junior Functional Business Analyst in Chicago, Illinois

Jefferson Wells is partnering with our global client to identify consultants to support an Oracle Cloud global implementation from a functional standpoint.

Job Title: Functional Oracle Cloud Implementation Consultant/Jr. Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $55-60/hr. W2

As part of a team, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions for our clients. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with business stakeholders, understand their processes, and translate their requirements into effective solutions within the Oracle Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will bring related experience as a functional (non IT) Business Analyst and involvement in a system implementation. Oracle Cloud experience is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives

  • Conduct workshops and gather business requirements to ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud capabilities

  • Map out current processes and identify areas for improvement within the Oracle Cloud platform

  • Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring all requirements are met and any issues are addressed

  • Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides

  • Assist in building out reconciliation processes within the Oracle Cloud platform

  • Provide hands-on support throughout the implementation process, including data migration and configuration tasks

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on system implementations

  • Understanding of finance and accounting processes

  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting workshops, and facilitating UAT sessions

  • Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud platform functionalities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, adapting to changing project requirements and priorities
