As an Investment Market Director within PNC's Institutional Asset Management organization, you may be based within the PNC Footprint.

This is a hybrid position which provides flexibility to work both in the office and remotely and may be based anywhere within the Asset Management Group footprint. Certain job responsibilities may require time in the office on a regular

basis.

In this position, you will deliver OCIO (Outsourced Chief Investment Officer) solutions to our largest and most complex investment accounts for insurance companies. Responsibilities include relationship management with existing clients, managing portfolios in accordance with the investment policy statement, providing recommendations for strategic and tactical changes in allocation based on each client's unique needs, and supporting the development of new business opportunities. The CFA® designation is strongly preferred.

Job Description

  • May provide portfolio/platform and relationship management services to a select number of clients with large and complex account types. Manages accounts in accordance with investment objectives that have been developed with the client, incorporating PNC's investment approach, philosophy and platform.

  • Responsible for leading the growth of assets under management and the retention of clients for the market(s). Serves as a resource and proactively supports the market's acquisition of new clients and expansion of services. Participates or may lead the investment sales efforts for select large and complex investment prospects.

  • Provides leadership and direction to investment professionals. Leads the performance management, hiring and coaching reviews of investment professionals. *

  • Executes risk management practices through the adherence to PNC's policies and procedures. Proactively identifies, resolves or escalates risk management issues. Accountable for the execution of policies and Regulation 9 in the market(s).
