*Responsibilities:\ *

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, insurance claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Present, promote, and sell insurance-related products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective insurance customers
  • Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Perform simple insurance conversations and needs analysis of existing/potential insurance customers to meet their insurance needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive insurance business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to insurance customer leads through warm, referral, and cold calling
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Use an insurance customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate insurance customers about insurance options.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet all insurance customer needs and to market relevant products.
