INSIGHTS MANAGER I / INSIGHTS MANAGER II - MEDIA MEASUREMENT - FLEXIBLE LOCATION (PREFERRED - AUSTIN, MN OR CHICAGO, IL)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works across all retail business divisions, agency partners and measurement suppliers to develop and execute media measurement plans.

  • Designs and leads media measurement related research across the organization (Marketing Mix, Lift, and Match Market studies).

  • Designs and leads insights work related to the brand creative campaigns.

  • Provides media measurement consulting to brand teams around media planning scenarios in conjunction with media related supplier partners.

  • Identifies, develops, and uses expertise in appropriate custom research techniques.

Level of position will be determined based on experience and skillset.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 2 – 5+ years of experience in analytics, market research, marketing, or related field.

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

  • Strong leadership skills and collaboration skills to work seamlessly across divisions, agency partners, and suppliers.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.

  • Conceptual understanding of Statistics.

  • Proven problem solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to synergize information from multiple sources to tell a story.

  • Well-developed organizational skills, including attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Well-developed communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of complex projects.

  • Ability to take opportunities from conception to execution.

  • Advanced computer/technical skills, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident or have the authorization to work in the United States.

LOCATION: Austin, MN / Chicago, IL preferred. We are also open to a remote work arrangement within the US.

A comprehensive relocation package to the above areas will be offered, if needed.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel may be necessary 20% of the time for those working remotely.

The base pay range is $81,000 to $148,000 per year; however, actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
