Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR management and be adept at managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping. Utilize HRIS to manage employee data, generate reports, and continuously improve HR processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.

Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment. Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations and performance management issues.

Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems to drive high performance. Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.

Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal standards and best practices. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies that support the company’s objectives and culture.

Culture and Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement. Organize team-building activities and recognition programs.

Recruitment and Onboarding: Partner with the Talent Acquisition Partner to assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Help conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Possess 5+ years of HR experience, ideally honed in a fast-paced startup environment where your hands have been in everything, including employee relations, benefits, and payroll management, performance evaluations, employee engagement, and anything else on a people's team plate.

  • Are a master of communication, a natural coach for leadership and team members, adept at building strong relationships and energizing a team.
