The Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Food and Beverage Intern to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to enter recipes into our system for costing and inventory purposes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in the areas of inventory management and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input recipes into the inventory management system.

  • Calculate ingredient costs and update recipe costings regularly.

  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date inventory records.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and procurement teams to ensure data accuracy.

  • Support the development and implementation of new inventory management procedures.

  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
