Do you hold a degree in data analytics, accounting, finance, economics,or business along with 2+ years of corporate experience in data analytics, accounting, or financial reporting? Do you desire to be instrumental in a highly visible global reallocation of functions project that also allows you to work closely with the Corporate Finance Manager? This dynamic Financial and Data Analytics Analyst opportunity provides you with a variety of challenges and accountabilities including data mining, data analytics, report creation within Excel, financial reporting, variance analysis, data management, benchmarking, seeking out information, guiding project plans with various stakeholders, and many other tasks! This project does require 2-3 days onsite due to the nature of the work. What a great way to catapult your career into Financial Planning and Analysis and Project Management!

salary: $37 - $41.38 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Finance Manager with executing multiple stages of a global project focused on transitioning global real estate financial management into the corporate finance office

  • Perform analysis, data management, and financial reporting and analysis to be reviewed by the Finance Manager

  • Interact cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders within the Accounting, Finance, IT, and HR divisions by being onsite 2-3 days a week

  • Set up cost centers for all locations within the CRM and Accounting databases

  • Track and reallocate spend to the proper cost centers

  • Prepare financial benchmarking related to budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocations

  • Research, report, resolve, and document project variances

  • Prepare and analyze the month-end close process

  • Identify and develop reports to help establish and track key metrics

  • Provide input to ensure accounting systems and processes are continually streamlined

Skills

  • Bachelor Degree-Accounting (4 years of experience is preferred)

  • Bachelor Degree-Finance (4 years of experience is preferred)

  • Data Analytics (2 years of experience is required)

  • Oracle Financials (2 years of experience is required)
