We have partnered with a growing professional services firm in hiring a contract Executive Recruiter to start immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top executive-level talent for the company\'s corporate functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent networking skills, a deep understanding of executive recruitment, and the ability to manage multiple high-level searches simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Search and Recruitment:

    • Develop and implement effective executive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
    • Conduct comprehensive searches using a variety of sourcing techniques including networking, direct sourcing, and leveraging social media platforms.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  2. Stakeholder Management:

    • Collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand their specific executive staffing needs and requirements.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on search progress and market trends.
  3. Candidate Assessment:

    • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Utilize various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates\' suitability for the role.
  4. Market Intelligence:

    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market conditions.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to the hiring team based on market research and talent availability.
  5. Networking and Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain a robust network of executive-level candidates.
    • Establish strong relationships with industry contacts, potential candidates, and recruitment partners.
  6. Compliance and Reporting:

    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all search activities and candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Prepare and present detailed reports on recruitment metrics and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive recruitment, preferably within the [industry] sector.
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in HR/recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of executive search methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in recruiting for C-suite positions and other senior leadership roles.
  • Certification from professional bodies such as SHRM, AIRS, or similar.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
