Job Description Summary

The Director IT, Services Commercial Operations is responsible for the delivery of complex cross disciplined technology programs that span multiple teams, and various stakeholders supporting commercial operations of the after-sale services business in the United States and Canada. The idea candidate will be responsible for defining and executing programs, and tracking and monitoring key metrics to ensure milestones are met on time and on budget.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the implementation of Apttus CPQ to transform services contract quoting in the United States and Canada.

• Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected business outcomes.

• Manages risk and dependencies between organizations.

• Defines and implement processes for coordination and communication between teams.

• Works closely with program teams to ensure that program deliverables are coordinated with corresponding deliverables from other organizations.

• Establishes governance structure that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes a reporting cadence.

• Tracks and monitors program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met, and internal and external delivery commitments are met.

• Leads cross-discipline teams to establish an integrated plan to deliver team commitments.

• Ensures ongoing communication of progress against program objectives.

• Proactively identifies and resolves issues and makes recommendations for improvements to existing processes.

Education Qualification

•Bachelor's Degree in either a Technical Field, Accounting, Business, Project Management or a related field.

•10 years of Project Management experience program managing an IT account.
