ClearChoice provides administrative and non-clinical services to dental implant centers, a network of doctor owned and operated dental treatment centers providing dental implant care (similar to ADMI/TAG). Digital Content Producer

The Digital Content Producer will be a lead champion of our digital patient experiences for one or more brands under The Aspen Group/TAG portfolio of services. Specifically, the daily management, build and execution of digital content (core, SEO and campaigns) across all aspects of the assigned Brand/Service Line digital properties. As the final checkpoint of the merchandised patient experience/s, the Producer will blend technical and patient experience thought leadership to ensure our patients are inspired, engaged and delighted with their digital experience.

It will be critical that the Producer be able to manage multiple priorities in process at the same time, seamlessly navigating both strategic and executional requirements. Digital experience and content initiatives will occur across multiple internal and external partners, but ultimate patient experience execution will be in the hands of the Digital Commerce Production and Operations team.

The Digital Commerce team (Performance, Merchandising and Production and Operations) functions as a shared services team; center of excellence for the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Actively support the Digital Commerce team with content management, build/author and execution within the CMS tool set across TAG's portfolio of Brands, including homepage, categories, product pages and various other page types and devices

· Lead and support the creation, review, enhancement, integration and rollout of processes across cross-functional teams, function as operational excellence evangelist

· Lead web production and operations for all aspects of the site including navigation, promotions, appointment flow, mobile optimization, 3rd party content, video, etc.

· Support the Product teams with assessment, definition, requirements and execution of new features and functionality across tools, content and production areas to support the Digital Commerce team needs

· Manage the execution of personalization strategies across all digital offices, promotions, traffic source, etc.

· Responsible for ensuring ADA compliance through the authoring/building workstreams; elevating opportunities to the Digital Merchandising teams

· Leadership and management against tight turnarounds, short cycle marketing and implementing fixes to help meet compliance or merchandising requirements

· Responsible for management of critical site SEO elements, including canonical URLs, schema, etc.

· Management and optimization of our Grand Opening processes, ensuring media and merchandising campaigns can be activated in a timely manner

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· 3+ years related experience with online content production through a headless CMS tool set with a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly; eCommerce retail experience preferred

· Basic web design/development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and basic coding understanding and proficiency

· A ‘hands-on’ leader able to shift from visionary/strategic thinker to a tactical expert able to deliver on the strategies developed

· Basic photo editing skills, with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Figma required

· Demonstrated ability to work within a production environment, including a regularly scheduled publishing cycle (plan, build, review and publish)

· Entrepreneurial and nimble, takes ownership and drives forward amidst ambiguity while also building relationships and alignment cross-functionally with internal partners to contribute to a center of excellence in a shared service model

· Strong communication skills, ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

· High attention to detail, with the ability to self-correct and identify problems in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization strategies

· Extremely organized with expertise in driving cross-functional initiatives

· Knowledge of Contentful, Jira, and Google Analytics a plus

· Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
