Job Duties: Lead the utilization of quantitative skills to analyze and make recommendations to new or ongoing engineering project operations. Plan and coordinate the execution of operations research analyses using statistical analysis software, in order to determine data relating to the financial, staffing, and timing of engineering projects. Lead the statistical evaluation of engineering business processes from an operations research perspective, identify areas for improvement through the use of appropriate applications and implementing solutions to operational problems. Work with team members and senior management to lead the formulation of specific plans to collect and analyze data to be used in the design of models and implement analyses to solve clients\' engineering operational problems. Confer with senior management, in order to address operations research data issues. Lead the design and implementation of market mix models through the use of statistical and business analysis applications, in order to improve the companys profitability from current and future engineering projects.

Minimum Entry Requirements: At least a bachelor\'s degree in statistics or a closely related field. Foreign equivalent degree accepted.
