Position Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate brings 4-7 years of experience in Accounting, with a background in a business or Big 4 public accounting/audit firm. Proficiency in major ERP systems is a must, and a CPA certification is preferred. This role involves operational accounting responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to meet deadlines independently. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, analytical thinking, and adaptability to change are essential. Essential Duties

• Operational Accounting Expertise: Take a lead role in operational accounting, providing crucial input on business recognition decisions, cost recognition, and overseeing the monthly financial close process.

• Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a particular emphasis on written communication and relationship building to ensure seamless collaboration across teams.

• Deadline Management and Initiative: Exhibit a proactive approach to work, consistently meeting deadlines, and accomplishing tasks independently with minimal supervision.

• Organizational Agility: Showcase exceptional organizational skills, adaptability to change, and a natural instinct for cooperative communication, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Utilize strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to efficiently carry out tasks and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team.

• End-to-End Process Orientation: Demonstrate an excellent end-to-end process orientation, coupled with robust analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Address issues effectively and take ownership of outcomes.

• International Exposure: While not mandatory, a preference for candidates with international exposure, highlighting an understanding of global financial practices.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.

• 4 - 7 years of experience in accounting at a business or Big 4 public accounting/audit firm supporting similar sized companies.

• Experience using major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).

• CPA (active or inactive) is preferred.

Travel Requirements: As needed to meet service-level requirements and for required business meetings.

Salary range $50-90/hr on W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
