Job Description:

  • Cultivating and expanding banking relationships to seize new growth opportunities.

  • Managing payroll operations and overseeing employee 401k transactions.

  • Guiding, supporting, and reviewing the work of our accounting team.

  • Providing valuable support to our asset-based loan vertical, ensuring a smooth financing process (closing statements, financial covenants, amortization schedules, and other funding requirements).

  • Assisting the auction vertical in preparing auction deal statements.

  • Playing a pivotal role in the closure of quarterly and year-end financials.

  • Taking charge of modeling and budgeting functions across our company’s verticals.

    Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to interact seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • You bring a wealth of experience from previous accounting and/or public accounting roles.

  • Holding a Master’s degree from an accredited institution will set you apart.

  • Your familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is essential.

  • Proficiency in comprehending and analyzing legal loan documentation is one of your strengths.

  • Your command of Microsoft Excel and Word is second to none.

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM system is a plus.
