Job Description

The day to day includes:

o Being very tactical and collaborative

o Identifying and engaging with difficult conversations on Facebook/Instagram/Meta

o Escalating to, and working with, the marketing/communication reps within the business units to deliver responses

o Documenting and building out a playbook for community management

o Developing reporting on the impact of social media and the community management

o Using Brandwatch, Khoros, Sprout Social, and other social media management tools

• This role is NOT:

o Creating content

o Posting on social media

o Building editorial calendars

o Working with TikTok

Agency experience will be a huge plus

Work Environment

Based in downtown Chicago, this person will be onsite a couple days for trainings initially. Then, as needed for meetings or when desired.
