The University of Chicago\'s Department of Pediatrics, Section of Allergy, Immunology and Pediatric Pulmonology seeks full-time Clinical Associate Allergist/Immunologists for renewable terms of up to two years. Appointees will focus on clinical activity of both children and adults in the ambulatory setting at the UChicago Medicine Crown Point ambulatory center in Northwest Indiana. Appointees will be collaborative physician leaders positioned to succeed in a busy, dynamic environment and advance the clinical goals of the Section of Allergy, Immunology and Pediatric Pulmonology. These positions do not require teaching or scholarly activity. Compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) is dependent on qualifications.

Opening in 2024, UChicago Medicine Crown Point includes a micro-hospital with an eight-bed emergency department and short-stay inpatient unit, a comprehensive cancer center, imaging center, outpatient surgery center, and multispecialty outpatient clinic for both adult and pediatric care.

Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) be certified or eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois and State of Indiana, 3) have completed an ACGME-accredited Allergy/Immunology training program, and 4) be Board certified or Board eligible in Allergy/Immunology.
