Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team in Chicago, Illinois (Rosemont). In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our business clients, software development, and other teams, working closely to identify core business issues and develop potential solutions. You will be involved in all stages of the solution development lifecycle, from analysis and requirement gathering to testing and issue resolution, ensuring that the emerging solution fits the business' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Play a major role in coordinating and delivering requirements documentation, test case development, and test case execution.

• Assist in coordinating or leading portions of small/simple projects, taking initiative to proactively identify and meet needs.

• Interpret or recommend simple process improvement solutions/options.

• Work on assignments of moderate size, scope, diversity, and/or complexity, resolving a variety of routine and non-routine problems.

• Independently perform a small non-complex section of a larger project, analyzing and interpreting a wide range of issues.

• Utilize strong written, verbal, interpersonal, analytical, and application skills.

• Adapt quickly and competently, resolving problems and coordinating solutions efficiently with quality and accuracy.

• Learn and adapt quickly, maintaining a high level of proficiency in a wide range of software and tools, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suites, among others.

• Support the supervision and oversight of projects and processes, using methods such as charts and graphs to represent data and progress.

• Demonstrate proficiency in process improvement, Agile methodologies, and business analysis.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Strong ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process improvement

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs

• Expertise in managing quality assurance procedures

• Strong problem resolution skills with a focus on practical and effective solutions

• Ability to lead special projects and provide necessary oversight

• Understanding of benefit functions and ability to execute them effectively

• Strong documentation skills and ability to create pivot tables

• Experience in supervising teams and ensuring progress

• Familiarity with different methods and procedures in business analysis

• Willingness to lead and implement process improvement initiatives.
