Job Description

The Associate Director, Platform Management, Reporting is responsible for supporting reporting and business intelligence using rOar Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform, as well as other Groupe systems’, data.

As part of the US Operations HQ team, this role will support the VP, Platform Management, Reporting, and partner with US rOar PPM leadership and Marketing Services BI team, to understand and define Groupe business requirements and work towards finding appropriate and scalable solutions. This individual will play a key leading role in working with various Groupe and Platform teams to action on those requirements and determine the proper solution(s) to provide robust, digestible, and consistent reporting outputs – the data, reports, dashboards, supporting materials, all to support multiple audiences. These solution(s) may include reporting on or off partner platforms and may change periodically.

  • The ideal candidate should have experience with

  • Integrating multiple complex data systems into a unified set of reports

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders at multiple levels such as PPM Deployment, Product, Support and pillar leadership, internal and external IT

  • Varied Groupe agency business operations

  • Project portfolio management platforms such as Adobe Workfront and Microsoft Power BI

They will also need to independently represent the PPM Reporting discipline and be willing to learn and eager to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, it is critical they have a positive approach to projects delegated outside of normal job requirements as well.

Responsibilities of Role

  • Independently manage small-medium reporting related projects end to end including modifications to existing platform(s) or development of new platform solution(s). This includes strategy brief to delivery, with minimal supervision. Understand and collect reporting requirements, and translate requirements or business needs into reporting solutions, and release them with training and support. Including Power BI dashboards and project portfolio management platform reports.

  • Work with direct supervisors and extended team(s) to learn and support processes, workflows, best practices, and tools that support the delivery of reporting for Groupe Agencies. Creatively solve problems with a positive, professional demeanor.

  • Facilitate strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners at multiple levels, identify and train Agency clients, management and extended team(s) as needed, on rOar PPM reporting options. Training support includes developing support materials, demos, leading office hours, monitoring support channels, and ad hoc custom training sessions.

  • Work closely with direct supervisors and team members to proactively identify flags, find, and recommend solutions, and mitigate risks. Participate in testing and validation of enhancements and bug fixes particularly for data used in rOar PPM, and some related platform offerings.

  • Maintain strong and appropriate communications and documentation, including day-to-day communications, status updates, prioritized project plans and tasks, ENHs, QA ticketing, training and support content, and report development and change management.

  • Contribute to a culture of efficiency and excellence within the team and with strong data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 5+ years Agency experience.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite specifically Excel, Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.

  • High degree of technical and emotional intelligence.

  • Effective communication skills within all levels of organization.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Both attention to detail and ability for critical thinking are necessary.

  • Exposure to agile and/or content management processes a plus, though not required.
