What will you be doing?

This Accout Director/ Partner Lead position is a critical, dynamic and multi-faceted role responsible for driving engagement and revenue across Circana\'s most important Ad-Tech partners (onboarders & DSPs). This vital role provides the opportunity to work with Circana\'s market leading data assets, products & solutions and eminent Ad-Tech platform partners who enable these products & solutions for our clients. In this position you will drive revenue for Circana by identifying & developing growth opportunities by forging, deepening, and expanding partnerships with Ad-Tech partners and Circana cross-functional teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand upon your management & leadership skills by taking the lead in translating strategic objectives and new initiatives into action plans, and managing/coordinating their implementation - resulting in exceptional outcomes for Circana and its partners.

This is a high-impact role where you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our client relationships and contribute to our overall business growth.

Job Responsibilities

Revenue growth management: Meet/exceed assigned revenue growth targets and identify opportunities for increased operational efficiency.

  • Includes the effective negotiation of the most favorable contract terms for Circana with your ad-tech partners and collaborating with Circana\'s legal team to develop legal contracts.

Ad-Tech partner engagement:

  • Collaborate with partners (internal and external) to drive awareness and knowledge of Circana data assets, and media products & solutions.
  • Garner a strong understanding of partner platform and goals to serve as the Circana \"go to\" person for partner related opportunities and/or issue resolution.
  • Identify, forge, deepen and expand engagement with Ad-Tech partner stakeholders enabling end client engagement and revenue for partnership.
  • Convert strategic business objectives into actional plans through cross-functional collaboration, and spearheading project management activities to create project plans, develop sales collateral, and own project meetings & follow-ups.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal partners to create positive working relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on the service, timelines, commercial/financial terms etc., enabling end client engagement and revenue for Circana.

  • Work in partnership across functions to identify areas of growth and/or focu by leveraging internal tools, industry knowledge and familiarity of partner platform and strategies to fuel end client engagement and meet revenue goals.

**Requirements**

  • Years of experience: 8+ years in Media (CPG, Retail, and/or Agencies) in client facing, project management focused roles.
  • Platforms: Experience with ad tech/platforms especially DSPs is a must.
  • Specific software: Microsoft (to include PowerPoint, Excel (especially pivots)) and/or Google productivity suites.
