Lehr Attendant Lehr Attendants are responsible for operating the powered lift truck and to double stack and move loaded pallets. Occasionally operate the walk-behind fork truck.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

To perform this job effectively an individual must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in a satisfactory manner - with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Check and read orders and e-mails for proper instructions.

  • Keep the lines supplied with needed materials.

  • Ensure all shrink wrapped module configuration and shapes match line orders.

  • Change bags on API's and OZ.

  • Oversee and operate the API packing machines.

Qualifications EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE :

The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum education, experience, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the job.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

REQUIREMENTS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum education, experience, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the job.

  • Must be able to understand, read, speak and write in English.

  • Demonstrate ability to correctly detect and classify defects in glassware.

  • Ability to work rotating shifts: 24-7-365.

  • Ability to follow departmental and plant S.O.P.'s.

  • Maintain general housekeeping and 5S.

Additional Information PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

Normal demand of professional level employee including but not limited to: (Code: O ccasional- up to 2.5 hours; F requent - up to 5.5 hours; C ontinuous - over 5.5 hours

  • Shift/Hours: Shift/Hours: Swing Shift (5 days 7a-3p & 2 days off, 5 days 3p-11p & 2 days off, 5 days 11p-7a & 1.5 days off, repeat from beginning)

Pay Details: $23.13 per hour
