If you are an experienced Field Account Executive with a track record of success in B2B sales in the greater Southwest Chicago metropolitan area, we want to talk to you!

 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

You are partnering with small-to-medium-sized businesses and selling the experience of ScentAir's industry-leading scent marketing products. You’ll be responsible for meeting monthly sales goals by securing new client appointments, successfully building a sales pipeline through continuous, ongoing prospecting, and building programs to meet client needs. Strategies to accomplish monthly goals include but are not limited to daily calls, emails, virtual meetings, and onsite visits with clients.

 

Here’s how you’ll be doing it:

  • Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities via the phone, web, and onsite visits

     

  • Meet or exceed prospecting activity requirements

     

  • Maintain a high volume of activity focusing on multiple touchpoints, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a consultative sales environment

     

  • Prepare for client appointments by executing prospect research, tailoring sales materials based on the business vertical, and leveraging available marketing resources

     

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas while remaining focused on the consistent execution of proven sales methods

     

  • Utilize Salesforce as a key tool to support your success and update your database daily/weekly

     

  • Stay current on product updates to ensure your understanding of their application in the customer’s business environment

     

    The skills you bring to the table:

  • New account generation is your driving motivation

     

  • You can create and successfully execute a territory management plan

     

  • You’re all about solution selling and creating value for our clients

     

  • Tech-savvy; you know your way around a CRM, preferably Salesforce

     

  • You take the initiative to develop personally and professionally and need little supervision

     

  • The ability to thrive throughout change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable

     

    The background you have:

  • Several years of field sales experience

     

  • A track record of achievement in selling B2B products and services

     

  • A BA/BS degree from a college or university or an equivalent number of years in the sales field

     

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance
