Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.

  2. Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the achievement of individual and team goals.

  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners to drive sales and revenue growth.

  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and product development.

  5. Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue and profitability.

  6. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, and public relations.

  7. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  8. Ensure compliance with brand standards, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction goals to uphold the reputation of InterContinental Chiang Mai The Mae Ping.

  9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

  • Flexible schedule with the ability to travel as needed.
