Wolters Kluwer Project & Program Manager - Marketing Operations in Cheyenne, Wyoming

OVERVIEW

The Project & Program Manager- Marketing Operations will work closely with the Director of Marketing Operations to support overall campaign program management for all activities that funnel into the Health division Central Marketing Organization. In addition to ensuring that a consistent and best in class program management framework is adhered to, this role will serve as a key point of entry for requests/projects to ensure that they are prioritized in alignment with revenue objectives and that resources are appropriately allocated. Working with the team, they will serve as the central hub for overall project management specific to Central Marketing projects and processes. They will support our Product Marketing team with key multi-channel growth campaigns in addition to managing their own body of work for on-going campaigns and events.

LOCATION: Remote U.S. location

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate marketing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and priorities of the organization.

  • Work closely with key stakeholders in Central and Product Marketing to ingest, align work to segment priorities and deliver upon marketing projects.

  • Work with internal and external resources throughout the project lifecycle ensuring vendors define/meet project requirements and deadlines.

  • Identify potential project risks and escalate for remediation and reprioritization as needed.

  • Independently manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved, analyzing potential risks and problem solving accordingly.

  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or relevant equivalent experience

Experience:

  • Event marketing management experience, required.

  • 5 years of marketing experience demonstrating a broad background, including event marketing.

  • 5 years of project management experience – you must be able to set deadlines, manage risk, communicate to stakeholders, and help your team solve problems/remove blockers.

  • B2B Marketing experience, required.

  • Proven experience in marketing program/project management principles and methodologies.

  • Proven stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders and move action forward in a professional manner.

  • Excellent critical thinking skills required – you must be able to anticipate what questions your stakeholders will have and have an answer ready.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo, Hubspot), project management tools (Smartsheet, JIRA), website content management systems (AEM, Sitecore), webinar platforms (On24, Zoom, Webex), customer relationship management tools (Salesforce), and experience with data analytics (Google Analytics, Domo) preferred.

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Infor MRM or similar project management/marketing resource management tool.

  • High level of initiative and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexible and responsive to change.

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, Hi, NY, WA: $74,550-$103,200
