Required Skills:

Product Integrity Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs within Meta to build integrity across all product launches at scale.

  2. Spot and creatively solve complex, cross-functional operational issues, often unique to each project.

  3. Advocate for the Meta community and various Community Operations teams in discussions with Product and Engineering.

  4. Apply solid judgement regarding support needs across multiple competing priorities.

  5. Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that development and operational readiness requirements are understood and implemented.

  6. Develop and apply a broad understanding across all facets of operations, including community support processes, market teams, outsourcing, reporting & analytics, and workforce management.

  7. Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e. developer infrastructure, global markets, capacity readiness, and transition plans).

  8. Communicate proactively to cross-functional partners, prepare formal recurring communications, and present to people at all levels of the organization.

  9. Monitor post-launch impact to assess effectiveness of support.

  10. Continually refine best practices for efficient and scalable end-to-end frameworks for launch process management.

  11. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, History, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 12 months of experience in each of the following:

  2. Managing ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners, including developer infrastructure, global markets, capacity readiness, and transition plans

  3. Leading large, complex, cross-functional programs to build integrity across all product launches at scale

  4. Leading operational change through reviewer UI/UX changes, such as SRT

  5. Implementing new workflows for queuing content and building operational readiness, such as headcount planning and metrics monitoring

  6. Designing platforms for risk intelligence gathering and frameworks for risk level projection

  7. Analyzing reporting data and performance to devise workforce solutions and track key metrics and,

  8. Deploying user-facing contact forms for content regulations compliance

Public Compensation:

$174,546/year to $194,480/year + bonus + equity + benefits
